The Planning Department is hosting a virtual Public Meeting for the proposed 1576 Blue Hill Avenue project located in the Mattapan neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Small Project Review Application (SPRA) that was filed and its potential impacts. The meeting will include a presentation followed by questions and comments from the Public.
The proposed development will construct a new 6-story mixed-use building (the “New Building”) with a total of fifty-eight (58) residential units for lease (consisting of one-, two-, and three- bedroom units), approximately 1842 sf of ground-floor retail space, a minimum of four (4) parking spaces, potentially more with the use of stackers, twenty-four (24) indoor bicycle parking spaces, outdoor amenity space and related site improvements (the “Proposed Project”). The New Building will consist of approximately 47,878 gross square feet.
